Sensata manufactures, tests, repairs, overhauls and offers exchanges on Kavlico-brand LVDTs, RVDTs and Force Transducers, all through its facilities in Thousand Oaks, California, and in Tijuana, Mexico.
What does this mean?
Proponent will become the exclusive third-party global distributor to selected Sensata customers for the supply of commercial aftermarket products sold under the Kavlico brand.
