Customer satisfaction has always been important to Annette. Utilizing Lean Tools, Annette strives to continually improve the customer experience, at every level. As a leader, Annette challenges herself to find new avenues of customer engagement, while supporting her teams at every step.
Following 28 years at Esterline Technologies, in leadership roles across business units including Human Resources, Trade Compliance, Contracts, Production, and Inventory Management, Annette joined Proponent in 2018 as VP of Materials Management. In 2020, as VP of Global Customer Relationships, she took charge of day-to-day activities for Proponent’s worldwide customer service teams.
Annette and her husband of 26 years, Dawayne, have a daughter named Abbey, who’s now a senior at NYU. A Seattle native, Annette is a certified pastry chef, Peloton bike enthusiast, and snuggler of dogs Peanut and Lola.
