Kapco Global is excited to announce the recent acquisition of Boone Extend (also doing business as Bold Aerospace) a distributor of electrical, electromechanical and mechanical components for the aerospace and defense industries. The headquarters are located in France giving Kapco Global the ability to better serve our European market, additional sales office locations are in the UK as well as the US.
The acquisition of Boone Extend falls in line with Kapco Global’s strategic plan to increase our electrical product line and Airbus product support. Boone Extend brings an additional 20,000 products to the existing Kapco Global portfolio of more than 150,000 products including; Actuators, Circuit Breakers, Cables, Connectors, Relays and Switches. Along with our previous acquisitions (HK Aerospace and Avialec International) we are able to provide a broader range of aerospace electrical products to our current and potential customer base.
